Having trouble installing latest support tool to provide data for a ticket just opened. Downloaded mb-support-1.1.2.241.exe and ran both as standard user and as administrator, but never got the dialog opening the support tool. I got the UAC prompt, replied OK, then nothing. Would like to run this to provide the data requested in my open ticket. I did manage to see the FRST tool fly by during the tool unpack process. I ran that tool and it did collect some data, but I cannot get to the screens in the support tool where I can link data collected by the tool to my open ticket.
