  1. Sorry for replying so late kevin, Anyway, Tdskiller didn't detect anything. However, during my scan using Malwarebyte with internet connection ở it detected several malware.startup and cleaned it. So far my laptop haven't show any more signs of infection so I think it's OK now. Thank you very much for your support.
  2. Mbar didn't detect any rootkit activity. Here are the 2 logs you require: mbar-log-2018-07-15 (13-23-29).txt system-log.txt
  3. Hi kevin I'm afraid it's back again. During my lastest scan, Zenama detected 2 hollow process "svchost.exe" and tried to fix them, but the next time I scan they still remain. What should I do next?
  4. There is another problem though. After running FRST, I get Windows Boot Manager every time I boot my laptop. How can I disable it? Thanks in advance.
  5. I think it solved the problem. Gonna test a few more times later. Thank you very much for your help kevin.
  6. I completed the Zenama scan, it did detected several Adwares. Here's the log 2018.07.16-20.13.39-i0-t92-d9.txt
  7. I don't think resetting my router is a good option. I used a locally built ADSL-wifi router hybrid. My router connect to multiple devices, including my family SmartTV service. Resetting it means my ISP need to come to my house to reinstall that service again. By the way, can Zemana Anti-Malware be used offline since it requires an internet connection to scan? Should I run it in Safe Mode? Thanks in advance.
  8. Wireless, through my wifi I tried anti rootkit aswmbr. When the program attempted to scan modulus, my Windows crashed and rebooted.
  9. Hi kevin I think this malware only works when I connect to the internet. So as long as I stay offline, I can run Malwarebyte and other anti virus just fine. I'll try the program you suggest and report as soon as possible.
  10. It doesn't work. I followed your guide and reinstalled Chrome from scratch. My browsers (including Edge) always crash when searching the "malware" keywords. I already tried the fixlist.txt method but it didn't work either.
  11. I did as you suggested. The two scans found nothing, both in Safe Mode and Normal Mode. It seems that Malwarebyte can only work when I turn off my internet connection. As soon as I connect to my wifi, Chrome and Malwarebyte crash immediately. What should I do next?
  12. Do you want me to check if RogueKiller can run properly in Normal Mode or attempt another scan? My laptop has been running in Normal Mode in around 30 minutes and I can run Malwarebyte/RogueKiller without problem. Update: My chrome crash again and I can't run RogueKiller/Malwarebyte at all in Normal Mode.
  13. Hi kevin It seems my browser no longer open random tabs after the first Safe Mode scan from RogueKiller. As for the problem of malware prevent Malwarebyte from running, I can't really say it's fixed or not. I can run Malwarebyte/AdwareCleaner or search "malware" keywords on Chrome just fine for a first few minutes after startup, then Chrome/Malwarebyte automatically close/crash and I can't run it again. I have already done the second scan as you requested and now testing if the problem remains or not. Here's my second scan log report.txt
  14. It seems I'm unable to load RogueKiller in Normal Mode like Malwarebyte. The program itself keeps closing so I tried to run it in Safe Mode anyway and found several malwares/adwares. Here's my log file. report.txt
