  1. Dear sir/madam I am currently unable to log in my account with my E-mail address "derekli1216@gmail.com" even after trying to reset my password for several times where I'd only see a message that showed "You have to confirm your email address before continuing" with nothing I could do.....I'm in the middle of trying to manage my subscription (Malwarebytes Premium 3.4.5 expected to expire on July, 2018) only to find what I just mentioned above!!I'd like to know what might've happened? and could you please help me check if my subscription status is "Manually renewal" which is what I need. if not, please help me make the change .. thank you!! Sincerely!!
