  1. The only issue left is the DelFix you mentioned otherwise my computer is running better then it has in a long time. Thank you for all your help!!!
  2. My internet redirects looks fixed and Malwarebytes did not find anything. Kaspersky found the trojan again (Trojan.Win32.Adject.gen), but it was located in C:\FRST\Quarantined\C\Windows\System32\drivers\wdasvycf.sys.xBAD so does that mean it is quarantined? Can I delete that file? If everything is now fixed (which I am VERY grateful), what Virus/Malware programs should I keep on my computer to keep it from occurring again? I WAS using IObit Ultimate System Care and IObit Maleware fighter for years. Not only did it not prevent the trojans it did not even find it (I downloaded the trial version of Kaspersky which showed my computer was infested). I will definitely be purchasing Malwarebytes, but what is your recommendation for Antivirus to keep it clean?
  3. FRST64 froze on me twice (once making a restore point and another time near the end of the scan). It went through the third time. Doing a full scan with Malwarebytes and Kaspersky Anti-Virus right now. Fixlog.txt
  4. Here are my new logs. It is past midnight, so I will check for a response in the morning. Thanks for all your help so far. Addition.txt FRST.txt
  5. Here are the scans for both Rogue Killer and ADW Cleaner, unfortunately neither found nor cleaned the Trojans. Roguekiller.txt AdwCleaner[C02].txt
  6. Here is the file, no threats were detected. Trojan.Win32.Adject.gen and Trojan.Multi.Goppel.gen are still infected in my system. Malwarebytes.txt
  7. Do I want to run Malwarebytes from the recovery environment? I have run it in a normal windows (non-recovery mode) and both Trojans are still showing up.
  8. Created a bootable recovery disk and ran FRST64.exe in the recovery environment. Attached is that FRST file. FRST.txt
  9. I have 2 trojans that I can't get rid of Trojan.win32.adject.gen and trojan.multi.goppel.gen. I also get redirects to www.trovi.com which antivirus blocks allowing me limited use of the internet. I also get Extension.Citypage Bing Engine Re-Direct's. It looks like it might be from a Smartservice rootkit infection. Please help.
  10. Tried the clean and did not work... Tried link florinch posted and deleted HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{35065F43-4BB2-439A-BFF7-0F1014F2E0CD}_is1 WORKED!!!! Thanks!!!!
  11. Can't install Malwarebytes. It says reboot computer to install. Once rebooted it says the same thing on a permanent loop. mbst-grab-results.zip
