I'm starting to think, that having run the Malwarebytes threat scan, that the issues may be resolved simply by that. This does raise the question, what is a good free antivirus software that I could use? Obviously Microsoft Security Essentials does nothing... :/

Hello, for the last weeks now my computer has been running painfully slow, and I have noticed that even after a fresh boot, when not running anything, the hard drive always seems to be running. Could this be caused by some sort of virus-issue? I hope someone here can help me, as this is definitely not normal. Thanks in advance, Nacoga
