I reinstalled it before posting. Thought I should let you know the issue raised in November is still a problem. If it disappears again, I'll do the diagnostic before reinstalling. Jeremy

The tool ran and says it uploaded the result. I do not see the file on my desktop. Where to look? Jeremy

After a few days of use, MalwareBytes disappeared from my windows laptop. There was a thread on this issue last November, but it is now closed. Obviously the problem continues to exist.
