Hi, All of a sudden I try to access the ICSCARDS Website in the Netherlands but suddenly this has been blocked. I have attached the scan reports to this post, this domain is used for Visa payments in the Netherlands. Due to this I cannot pay with Visa or access my Visa Page. Could you please verify if the blocking of this is valid and something is not correct or if the website/IP range has been blocked by accident. I have switched DNS servers from my provider to these from Google but still the same results, the website keeps on being blocked.
