  1. I think I may have fixed it. Before starting this process posted above I was able to boot my computer into safe mode and then it allowed me to scan with Malwarebytes. It found 24 possible instances of Malware and I was able to quarantine them all. Since I did this yesterday I've had no pop ups, mic issues or any other problems so I think I am okay. Thank you for your help and constant responses.
  2. Yes. I have a dell netbook and usb stick. I have windows 7 on the infected computer.
  3. Ron, Thank you for taking the time to reply to my post. However I was unable to do any of the 3 steps due to the following: 1) Malwarebytes won't open, I click it and nothing happens. 2) AdwCleaner - I click it and it just pops up and then disappears, does not give me an option to do anything on a dash board. I've uninstalled and reinstalled in and still does not work. 3) When I try the Farbar link in your email it just shuts my computer down and restarts it. When I turn around and type it in google it also just restarts my computer. I'm stuck again! Any other options?
  4. I installed Malwarebytes today because of an issue I was having with a mic and read a forum that suggested Malwarebytes. It scanned my computer and said it is all running properly but it pops up every 30 seconds saying "Website Blocked... n65adserv.com". I've searched all the forums and videos I can find on removing this and can't find it anywhere. I've been into the task manager looking through the processes, I've looked thought all the installed and uninstall a program for chrome extension add ons. It keeps rooting back to C:/Windows/SysWow64/regsvr but that is a Microsoft file of some time so I don't want to delete it. How do I get rid of this n65adserv? Please help!
