I managed to get one log I saved to my phone with USB cable mal.txt

I have used this programme for years and suggested it to loads of people. Until yesterday never had a issue. I got a old Toshiba satellite from a college friend to do work as mine died. No disks and seems to be no recovery bit to reset . I first downloaded this and avast (internet working) both found multiple if not 100s of issues. Both programmes work and take care if them. I restart. Run malwarebytes again it finds more things avast doesn't. I have searched and tried multiple things I did however noticed that in device manager that a network adapter has the yellow thing. Microsoft teredo tunneling adapter. I searched for it and found a few solutions but none worked. I am wondering if malwarebytes removed something? It has been un installed a few times to no avail. There is scan logs but my problem is no internet. Even with yellow cable connected to modem. Ps the wifi works on every other device in house. It's running windows 7 thanks ?
