Hello, it has been a few days that I couldn't start the realtime protection (I hope this is the correct translation, I am using a german version). And since then I also had problems with my Windows 10 (Update 1709) menu, I couldn't open it anymore when clicking on the window symbol, the search field also didn't work anymore. Only after I have thrown Malwarebytes out of the autostart when Windows boots, the menu works again and the search field as well. After starting Malwarebytes then manually I tried switching on the protection again, now it tells me "unable to start the service".
What can I do to get my paid version of Malwarebytes to work again?
