i have the ordinal retail box copy with the card. Cannot just do copy and paste.

Hello My license key appear to not be working the "license ID"has a green check but the "license key" does not and i cannot click on the activate license button. Please help. I have the lifetime license key from when i bought it years ago. I already deactivated it on my old computer. What should i do?
