  3. Hi, Malwarebytes Premium keeps shutting down. Can you please assist me with determining if I have malware, or a virus of some sort?
  4. I ran delfix.exe, but failed to save the file it created, so I ran it again, but I doubt it has all the info you were looking for. Mike DelFix.txt

  7. I downloaded fixlist.txt and ran it. When complete I clicked OK and the machine did an uncommanded reboot that took a VERY long time. I have attached the file. BTW I am getting a message from MB that Real-Time Protection turned off and I am unable to start it.... Fixlog.txt

  10. I can now open MB and everything looks fine. All the realtime protections boxes are marked. However; I do not feel safe until you examine the files I have uploaded previously and tell me that I am good. Mike
  11. Malwarebytes just ran a scan and popped a report on the screen. Threats detected = 5 / Threats quarantined = 5. I saved & exported two files and have attached them here. malwarebytes scan report II.txt Malwarebytes Summary Report.txt
  12. Yoan, my PC will not boot into safe mode and I noticed that Malwarebytes realtime protection is now turned off and wont start.

  14. I was able to run the mb check. (attached) mb-check-results.zip
  15. Malwarebytes won't open. It runs a scan automatically which says it found a threat, but will not allow me to open the results. It is constantly blocking stuff, but will not open when I click on exclusions. I tried to download FRST for 64 bit, but as soon as I click to download the PC reboots. I downloaded FRST on another computer and moved the file to the desktop of the affected PC and attempt to run it and the PC reboots. After reboot I quickly open FRST and click scan and it produces the FRST.txt but not the addition.txt file. It did however create a file called malwarebytes scan report.txt (Files attached) Please Help! FRST.txt malwarebytes scan report.txt
