  1. Hi Porthos, Many thanks for your instant response. More than I was expecting. Yep, now this is another problem! I created an Account yesterday that was accepted. When I went to Login (talking 30-60 seconds after I had created the Account), it tells me that the password is incorrect???? The error message is: You have not set up your account. Please check your email for instructions to set up your account. When I go to create my account again (using the original password or a new password) it, rightly so, says: 'email taken' How one gets around that I do not know. I guess I'm going to have to wait for the good folk at Support?
  2. The hard drive of my original computer basically corrupted without warning. I have purchased a new computer, installed MB, but because I didn't have the chance to deactivate the previous version of MB the new downloaded version won't allow me to activate it - unless I deactivate the original program. I have the activation key and the program was purchased for two years about two weeks ago!! Can anyone help me?
