I had the same problem before expiry with file not found page when I clicked renew. Then I tried when it did expire and it took me through to the renewals page, then falls over when taking the Paypal payment with 'page not found.' I get an email from Cleverbridge acknowledging order, but no payment taken and no Malaware bytes. I must say, I'm a little concerned about the effectiveness of your software if you're struggling with the simple task of renewal payments.

I had this problem and ran MB clean. It deleted Malware bytes and restarted my computer but did nothing else. Now I have no MB.
