Thanks for the quick reply. However, I tried disabling web protection several time but I still cannot get coonected for updates. i noticed on the forum starting on Nov 17 that several people had the same problem on the same day. Did anyone find a solution? I am running windows 7. thanks again

Malwarebytes version 3.2.2 just started today blocking my internet access. A window keeps coming up saying it is blocking outbound IP address 255 255 255 255. what can be done?
