    I wanted to add that I ran a malwarebytes scan and there were no threats. I also ran Norton antivirus and there were no threats, yet these pop-ups keep coming.

    I'm getting a constant stream of Website Blocked notices - it's almost non-stop. It's saying that it's from IP address 255.255.255.255. Port 54313. Type = Outbound connection. File: C:\Windows\System32\spoolsv.exe. Can you tell me what's happening and what I should do?
