I killed the exclusion, quit MBAM and restarted it. I've probably waited 3 minutes and don't have the pop-up now. It would have come up already before this update so I think I'm good now! Thank you, Zynthesist!

Thanks Zynthesist. It didn't show an update available, so I ran the scan which checked for updates. I eliminated the exclusion of 255.255.255.255 but the pop up still comes up, so I don't think it worked. I'm going to put the exclusion back in, but that just gets us back where we started.

Thanks LMM! That works to stop the popups. Thanks Zynthesist. Will there be a notification when it's fixed? As LMM said, we can stop syncing Dropbox for now, but we'll need to know when we can sync again.

I'm getting a repeating popup saying "Website Blocked" that is pointing to Dropbox.exe. This just started today and I have not installed any new software. One of the popups, but just one, also said "achost" or something like that. All the rest say dropbox.exe about every 30 seconds. I'm running a Surface 4 with Windows 10 Pro. I see other posts about this subject, but they say the help is for that specific person so would someone please help me? Thanks!
