Hello thanks! 1) First time tried to install it yesterday 2) install went perfectly no issues with installing so no errors. only issue is when i double click the desktop icon nothing happens. same as in safe mode. 3) sorry i thought the zip files will have the frst files. i've attacehd it here! Hi I've tried: 1) Running an uninstall utility and reinstalling 2) Restarting in safe mode with networking and double clicking I'm a real noob and just followed the instructions so not sure if i'm supposed to try and run it again before i ran BM check or FRST? mb-check-results.zip
