  1. Not that anyone will really care, but I was able to fix it by updating Malwarebytes. Trojan is gone, and I am a happy panda. Thanks for the help.
  2. Hello, I've got pretty much the same problem. Got the trojan last night, tried running Malwarebytes multiple times and tried to delete the files. No such luck, since the file reappears on reboot. here's my MB and HijackThis logfiles: I tried going into the registry and manually deleting the value, but to no avail. I was going to follow the fix that miekiemoes suggested, however I have Windows7 and combofix is only in beta for that, and by all accounts it's pretty ineffective in it's current state. I'm running a scan in avast! right now, going to see how that goes, although I doubt it will fix anything. Thanks in advance for any help!
