  1. Updated Malwarebytes which I have used from back before 2011 and Had a Lifetime Membership since April 8th 2011 however I went to update and everything installed as normal until prompted to reboot then I lost everything except one file from the program folder. I attempted to reinstall and now I only have the trial version. I contacted Cleverbridge but they said I need to contact Malwarebytes support for a the license key but one doesn't seem to be attached to my email address . I log into Malwarebytes and it clearly states I have 1 seat for the lifetime subscription of Malwarebytes Premium 3 so now I can not get my lifetime license added back to my product. I have used this for over 8years and referred many family and friends who also use this service. I have tried everything to fix this on my end and lost on how to get this resolved. I attached a pic of my screenshot showing my lifetime subscription.
