  1. Thanks daman1. I'm going to get on with my life now.
  2. Ok Thorn, I get it. Some antivirus programs include it, so I was wondering if I needed it. I regularly get scam emails that look legit, from people I have accounts with, and after reading carefully I realize they are bogus. These folks are getting really good at their game. Thanks for your input.
  3. I've been using the dreaded Advanced Systemcare Ultimate for years. Norton has Security Plus which combines Antivirus and Ransomware. I'm going to look into that.
  4. Thanks for the reply. So I guess this means I will have to have at least two programs to protect my computer.
  5. Thanks for the reply. So I guess this means I will have to have at least two programs to protect my computer. I just saw this ad online: Malwarebytes - Official Site https://www.malwarebytes.com Malwarebytes protects you against malware, ransomware, and other advanced online threats that have made antivirus obsolete and ineffective. Download · Malwarebytes Premium · Products · Malwarebytes Pro Trial · Business Solutions · Services Does this mean that I don't need an antivirus program with Malwarebytes Premium?
  6. Ok. I have noticed that some antivirus programs, like Norton, claim Email Protection. I just assumed that emails were scanned for all infections. Obviously I don't know much about this. I would like to feel that I'm completely covered. I'm still recovering from a ransomware attack and trying to figure out what all I actually need.
  7. Does MB3.2 protect against opening an infected email?
