My current Malwarebytes Premium license allows for 3 windows pcs. I currently only have it running on MY laptop. And when I look at my Malwarebytes account, sure enough it shows that I have 2 of 3 available. (A GOOD thing.) I now, want to install Malwarebytes Premium on my wifes laptop and then of course activate it under the 3 pack license. How does that work ? After downloading and installing Malwarebytes on my wife laptop, then what ? Do I start Malwarebytes and enter my license key somehow ? I've never dome this before so help would be greatly appreciated

Convert MWB Premium into MWB Home Premium
JustRay replied to JustRay's topic in Malwarebytes for Windows Support Forum
And, thank YOU for the reply. In my ticket, I said that I current hold a single license for Malwarebytes Premium for one(1) device. Then I go on to say that I wanted to, if possible, replace my one(1) license with what MWB calls "Malwarebytes Premium for HOME". Which covers 3 devices for 59.99 per year. And I asked if someone could tell me who I needed to contact to get that done. I HOPE that made sense to them. (I'm not always the clearest when trying to express myself.) Thanks Ray in Wisconsin -
Convert MWB Premium into MWB Home Premium

Thanks "exile" and "Porthos". I opened a tickets outlining what I hope to accomplish. Everyone is so terribly busy these days. Thanks so very much for your replies -
Hello folks. I hope I'm in the correct area. My MWB premium account is about to renew. (Good. I like the product.) But, I would like to change my license from a single user premium license into a premium HOME license upon renewal if at all possible. SOUNDS, like an easy thing to do but, I've tried contacting MWB in a number of different ways to make this happen, and have failed to reach anyone. (Chat seems never to work. And the telephone number simply disconnects after selecting a number options.) Anyhow, I was wondering if anyone knows how I might go about contact MWB to make the conversion from a single license to a HOME license happen. Thanks in advance for any replies. Ray in Wisconsin

THAT, did it ! I thank you and the rest of MBam, for your efforts with this. It's one of the reasons MBam is, well, simply the best.

I now know, that my issue has nothing to do specifically with Chrome. As I get the identical behavior when accessing anything on the CNN site, if using the Edge or Internet Explorer browsers. Mmmmm.

Thanks for the quick reply Steven. Good to know.

Morning. Malwarebytes Premium 3.7.1 Windows 10 home with all available updates applied Have been running MWB for years without issues. Love it. Yesterday, my Chrome browser was updated to 73.0.3683.103 (64-bit). This morning I notice, that while I am bowing CNN via the Chrome browser, MWB displays a pop up window indicating a website has been blocked due to PUP. This seems to occur if I click on any link or news article on CNN. but, ONLY CNN. Is anyone else experiencing this ? May I ask for for some advice on how to deal with this ? Thanks. Here's some additional info from MWB: -Blocked Website Details- Malicious Website: 1 , , Blocked, [-1], [-1],0.0.0 -Website Data- Category: PUP Domain: cdn.onesignal.com IP Address: 104.16.205.165 Port: [51073] Type: Outbound File: C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe

I currently run MalwareBytes Premium 3.4.5.2467 on my Windows 10 laptop. Love it. No issues at all. Did I need to run AdwCleaner or is it now part of all the thing MalwareBytes Premium 3.4.5.2467 does ?

IMPORTANT: Web Blocking / RAM Usage Issue
JustRay replied to RubbeR DuckY's topic in Malwarebytes for Windows Support Forum
Waukesha, WIsconsin. Methinks they have released a fix. Dashboard Click on "Current" It changed to "Downloading", then "Applying" and then "Current" once again. End MWB and restart it. So far (about an hour) I still have real time protection and no memory leak that I can see. -
Premium 3.2.2 installed on Windows 10 Home version 1703. I'm really confused. I that by default, MBW has chosen "Let Malwarebytes apply best Windows Action Center settings based on my system". However that seems to turn off Windows defender. I want to run both MBW and Defender. Is "Never register MBW in the Windows Action Center" the better choice ? I'm so confused about that default setting. What does that actually do ?
