  1. Hi Kevin, thanks for your tipps!!! The chip 1-click download service was the malefactor...! Meanwhile I don't have some threats. AdwCleaner doesn't find one. So I hope that this is my last post here! :0) Greetings from Salzburg, Austria - Dietrich
  2. Hi Kevin, It's always the same with AdwCleaner 7.0.2.1. I don't need instructions to use this programm. I use it since years... But the veresion 7.0.2.1 finds 6 threats but can't delete it!!! As a wrote earlier it's aleays the same: The programm detect 6 threats PUP at the registry but stays frozen with the message: "*** Caught unhandled unknown exception; terminating." And all Internet activities are down. I send you the text file of AdwCleaner and only want to know when a new version of AdwCleaner comes which works! Greetings- Dietrich AdwCleaner[S29].txt
  3. Hi Kevin, I also havn't: To get the log from Malwarebytes do the following: Click on the History tab > Application Logs. Double click on the Scan log which shows the Date and time of the scan just performed. Click Export > From export you have three options: And AdwCleaner has only the version 7.0.2.1 which does NOT work!!! Greetings - Dietrich
  4. I have MalwareBytes Premium, this is a paid version. I tried it without this option and MalwareBytes has nothing detected.
  5. Sorry, but Please open Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. On the Settings tab > Detection and Protection sub tab, Detection Options, tick the box "Scan for rootkits". Under Non-Malware Protection sub tab Change PUP and PUM entries to Treat detections as Malware the second option (Treat detections as Malware) I don't have on my MalwareBytes Premium......!
  6. Thanks Kevin --- it's a lot of work to do :o) I will report to you when I have done it... So long.
  7. Something new: I tried Windows Defender Offline. After stopping the system I got the Message "An error has occured at Bit defender Threat scanner...". More I couldn't read because the message shows a really short time... Then the Defender runs --- no messages.
  8. Yes, I found one and deleted it... Remind you: AdwCleaner found 6 threats but couldn't delete it because it stopped and was frozen, so to say. When comes a new functioning version?
  9. Yes, I do, because I programmed it myself... (Visualstudio 2015, VB.Net) It runs only at Systemstart and writes the user, date and time into a textfile.
  10. Thanks for the tipps!!! Now FRST64 runs and I have two files FRST.txt and Addition.txt. What can I read there? I don't want to publish them... so what can I do?
  11. Tried it with Safemode (minimal)... FRST64.exe (administrator) doesn't start!!!
  12. FRST64doesn't start because of Defender is running. I have stopped Defender, but FRST64 doesn't run!!!
  13. I've done your last tipp, Kevin. Result: No Malware found. What next? The Trojan exists furthermore.... Dietrich
  14. Hi Kevin, thanks for your tipp! But: I can’t start the commended tool FRST64.exe!!! Because Defender is running. When I deactivate Defender, FRST64 also don’t start!! What’s to do? Regards Dietrich
