  1. Thanks. I had to return the PC, but got back to it today. That did give the key, which ended in EC10. I'd be interested in hearing from anyone who can confirm or give corroborating evidence that this key has been blocked.
  2. Update: it was set up by a supplier which the user now believes to be disreputable. This may explain everything. They did not give him the key.
  3. I would try entering the ID and KEY in v3, but the owner claims they are in a filing cabinet, filed in such a way that it will take him hours to locate them! I presume an upgrade from v1.75 is expected to work? In the mean time here are the log files. mb-check-results.zip
  4. I am doing some maintenance work on a PC that has Malwarebytes Anti-Malware v1.75 Pro installed. I have experienced the following problems: 1) Under the Update tab I am invited to check out Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 2.0, but the link leads to a non-existent page. 2) If I try installing v2.2.1 I get the trial version not the pro/premium version. If I uninstall v2.2.1 and reinstall v1.75 I get the pro version back. 3) If I try installing v3.2.2 I get the trial version again. If I uninstall it and reinstall v1.75 my pro license does not come back (but I have restored it via System Restore). What is going on, and how can I upgrade to the latest version?
