Okay, I downloaded the software and ran it, but it didn't find anything. I ran the adware cleaner and that did not find anything either. Thank you fro your help and your patience in this.

Ok did that. The mb3 installer is what is asking me to run it. Nope didn't work.

No, it won't install. It just keeps repeating the endless cycle of installing restarting installing restarting.

Okay, I tried it and no change. It cleaned and then popped up with the install wizard, and after clicking install it asked to restart. After restarting it did again opened the install wizard, repeating the process over again.

Not that I know of. I don't recognize them. I don't understand what that last part of your message is. What are the policies? and I will try the mb zip again.

Yeah, I tried that already, does the same thing.

Last night I got the notice on my Malwarebytes program that said new version available. I downloaded the new version, and clicked install, and it said we need to restart your computer to finish install. I clicked restart and it restarted. It then opened the install shield again and went through the same thing repeatedly, never installing the program just asking to restart to complete. Please help. Thanks, Jason
