What we have tried - Create few install package - Tried installing both with domain administrator and local administrator - disable defender and install - no other anti virus program is installed - unistall .net 3.5 and install again - tried repairing .net 3.5 - The user is owner of all folders - windows is up to date Tried installing Malwarebytes 3 and that worked. Any suggestions on this?
