Junkware Removal Tool says "Requesting restore point..." and is doing nothing. It's been a few minutes what do I do? EDIT: Nevermind it just loaded.

The scan was still not responding so I got impatient and decided to boot into safe mode to see if that would change anything. I noticed it only froze on the System scan so I ran 2 separate scans on Drives & Sectors together. I ran the cleanup then did the System scan. I randomly restarted my computer last night and it somehow got a internet connection ever since. I downloaded the mbar program but after an hour of running the program keeps saying Not Responding. I ran it overnight so it's been Not Responding for 12 hours now.

As I've stated my computer has no connection to the internet. I also don't have a 2nd computer to download the file to a thumb drive to run it on my computer.

There is a virus on my computer called svcvmx it is blocking Malawarebytes from running. I have tried to factory reset my computer but I think it is blocking the factory reset panel to show up. Now it's blocking my internet from working on my computer despite a direct enthrernet connection. It is also making my computer run really slow and I have no idea how to remove it after looking at dozens of tutorials none of them have worked. Please help!
