  1. Like many others with Shopify stores, Malwarebytes' browser extension is flagging my site as a potential scam during checkout. I don't know what's going on with the whole Shopify / Malwarebytes problem as a whole (as this seems to happen quite often), but I've seen others request that their sites be whitelisted and that seems to put an end to the issue. Please do that for Slokie.com. I'm about to launch and I really can't have false scam warnings be a part of my earliest customers' experiences. thank you.
  2. like if I can PM my store's access pword to somebody at Malwarebytes so they can confirm it's legit and get it whitelisted or whatever prior to my store's launch, I'd be happy to do so. Now that I'm looking for it, I'm seeing a ton of other people with Shopify stores have faced this issue, usually with the resolution that the site get 'whitelisted.' I'm using the default 'Dawn' theme, with variants on a single test product. I'm sending custom line item properties from form data, but none of this was getting flagged by your browser extension until today. The only thing I've changed is that I'm now using product variants in my store, but I don't see why that would cause an issue.
  3. ok it just happened again. It happens right after I click checkout. I get to the screen where I enter my email and shipping address, and this then pops up. It's doing it repeatedly now.
  4. it's only happened once (today). It's a Shopify store in test mode, and I've just been putting orders through to test my backend. First time this happened was today. I put through other test orders after without this happening, but it was still a bit disconcerting.
  5. Please whitelist my site as well. www.slokie.com.
  6. I'm having the same problem... been going on a few weeks now. I boot up, it works for about 5 minutes, then freezes. Sometimes after 5-10 minutes it unfreezes and is fine, other times it freezes and never recovers and I have to do a hard reboot, which sucks because I have a RAID array that then has to rebuild. The only thing that solves this problem for me is disabling Malwarebytes, which scares me. I'll try to post my specs and all that later, but basically is seems to me there must have been some update in the past few weeks that broke something for the both of us... I'm on Windows 10 as well, though not factory install. I refuse to do a reset of Windows though. Reinstalling all my programs and finding all my product keys is far too time consuming and doesn't sound like it's worked for anyone else. Everything worked fine a few weeks back, and nothing with my config has changed.
