Ran ComboFix. Then Malware bytes would run. Also ran Ad-Aware. Clean up a LOT of junk. Thanks for your time and sorry it took so long ot let you know how it worked out.

I have some kind of malware going on; IE opens by itself and any search engine result links are redirected. Also Internet connectivity seems to slow WAY down at times. I run Norton Internet Security and keep it and Windows (XP, SP3) up to date. Here's what I've tried so far -- Norton runs a full scan and reports no problems found. -- Ad-Aware AE won't run at all -- Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware starts to run then ends abruptly -- HijackThis starts to run then ends abruptly -- EST Online Scanner hangs after just a few minutes -- I did not notice anything really weird in the registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run or HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run Any and all help is greatly appreciated
