  1. You already have them. You can see them listed at the bottom of my post of Friday at 11:37 PM. The file names describe the situation at the time the files were zipped. Perhaps you didn't notice that post, and only read the most recent, sent a few hours later-- Saturday at 02:14 PM
  2. Since the driver is not loading, I checked the Registry to see if a key had been created. I found that it had, which was not the case before the reinstall, so it is puzzling why it is not starting now. REGEDIT4 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\ESProtectionDriver] "Type"=dword:00000001 "Start"=dword:00000001 "ErrorControl"=dword:00000001 "ImagePath"=hex(2):5c,3f,3f,5c,43,3a,5c,50,72,6f,67,72,61,6d,20,46,69,6c,65,73,\ 20,28,78,38,36,29,5c,4d,61,6c,77,61,72,65,62,79,74,65,73,20,41,6e,74,69,2d,\ 45,78,70,6c,6f,69,74,5c,6d,62,61,65,36
  3. Thanks for your reply, Arthi. It’s led to considerable improvement, but not resolution. The subkey you mentioned did not exist, so I created a new subkey with the suggested name. I then ran the installer, as Administrator, again, without uninstalling the existing installation. After rebooting, I found that the newly-created Registry key was still there, but now had one value and data entry. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit\\UUID – 876BF6F0-EFF0-4342-9971-B8ED2BDC9584 Apparently as a result of other Registry changes,
  4. TOPIC: MBAE stopped loading properly I had been using MBAE beta successfully for several years on a Windows 7 SP1 (64-bit) installation. Recently, however, without any known system change or probable reason, I began to see a warning message after booting, indicating that the "service is taking too long to load" (image attached). Nothing changed after following the suggestion to reboot. When I then attempted to start the service manually, I got the message that Windows was unable to do so for the same reason--load time was too long (image attached). I then tried uninstalling, re
  5. That's great! Thanks very much for your help.
  6. Is it possible to get configure MBAM2 so that it receives definition updates without updating itself to MBAM3?
  7. Your answer raises two more questions. After MBAE beta is upgraded to MBAE Premium, will it run successfully alongside Malwarebytes 3? Approximately when does the company expect to release MBAE 1.10?
  8. What a shame! Is there anything in the development roadmap that would mean that your answer will be different in the future? In a related question, I noticed, in an answer to another post, that someone had said that at Version 1.10, MBAE beta would upgrade itself to the Premium version. First, is that the case? Second, if so, does that mean that there will no longer be a free version of MBAE available?
  9. I realize that I can install Anti-exploit after installing Malwarebytes 3, and it works fine--until Malwarebytes updates. At that point, MBAE is uninstalled, or at least stops appearing as an icon in the Notification Area. Is there any way to prevent that from happening?
  10. When I install the Free version of Malwarebytes, it uninstalls Anti-exploit beta--or at least prevents it from running. Is there a way to prevent this, so I can use them together?
