Yes thanks i just ran down to a local Best Buy and my OS restored but thanks for the help My Restore functions got destroyed by the virus so thats why i couldnt reset

So i got this weird thing just in my task manager i am unable to reset my pc and im also unable to access the tab to download Farbar recovery scan tool meaning i cant do anything to give you logs any ideas ?
