  1. Activation on 1st computer was successful. When activating the second and third computer, received an "MBAM404101 - installation_token not found error". Have followed the instructions below but to no avail. https://support.malwarebytes.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2569042-error-code-403-installation-token-not-found?b_id=6438 Submitted a helpdesk request more than 48 hours ago but still no response. What is the usual turnaround time on this request? I have the specific Case ID# assigned when I submitted the helpdesk request but not sure if I should post it here in a public forum. Any advice? Two computers are without protection for more than 2 days. Thanks so much!
