  1. when i try to open it it just says : unable to start -------------------------------------- unable to connect the service -------------------------------------- I have reported this to Malwarebytes Technical Support, but no response to this issue. I uploaded Malwarebytes 3.0.6.1458 Premium on a Windows 7 computer, and it's unable to start and unable to connect the service. I checked the Services section of Windows 7 Home Premium (Service Pack 1 X64) and Malwarebytes is not even listed. I did a reinstall, and it installed but still would not start. Rebooting the computer did not help. I also noticed on other forums that many people are having the same issue. Please advise. Addition.txt CheckResults.txt FRST.txt
  2. Hi Malwarebytes Tech Support, I hope you all can help me fix this issue. I have been using Malwarebytes for a number of years on all of my computers, but this time it won't work for me on a computer of one of my family members. I attached the the Addition.txt, CheckResults.txt, and FRST.txt files as you requested. I hope that you can assist me with a solution that will allow me to start Malwarebytes 3 Home Premium on my cousins computer.   3. I have rebooted my system and even did a clean uninstall and reinstall of Malwarebytes version 3.0.6.1458 and it still does not let me start the service. Please advise. Silbano
