hi, It is a new device (i bought it about 3-4 months ago). I tried to root my phone with 'one click root' app, but it says that the device can't be rooted. is there any other way to root my phone? thanks a lot!

hi, I ran a scan today and it found a malware on the 'file manager' which I can't delete. This application is disabled on my phone(samsung J7). I've included a screenshot. how can I get rid of it? thanks
