  1. Kevin, Unable to share the logs, can you help troubleshooting based on the earlier provided details or please suggest other means of trouble shooting.
  2. Hi Kevin, Got FRST.txt and addition.txt, I have not been able to get internal approval to post those logs, is there any specific text/content that I need to look in these files?
  3. The scan next day gives the same message, eventhough it was cleaned yesterday. There wasn't any fixit file generated. Attached the rootkit file.   6. Need help in removing GOAC virus from Chrome Browser. I have installed Malwares trial copy, on scanning, its gives messages as shown in the quarantine logs. It cleans but on the next day it again shown the same message on scanning. Malware Bytes Error message.docx
