Update server access blocked

BSK posted a topic in Malwarebytes for Windows Support Forum

I have the problem of no server access. I have and am checking everything I can think of. But this is a home computer with Windows 10 and I don't know anything about Group Policy. I also don't understand what sounds like your fix. Could you or others advise. Is it possible the server is not responding? New here - thanks!
