All' The following has appeared "Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit Protection is not started. The Anti-Exploit process will be terminated." I have attempted to open the program by double clicking on the desktop Icon, but nothing happens, I also tried to open as a administrator to no avail. I did check it with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and it showed to be clean. Any ideas??? jrock1960

I was able to remove the INSTALLER folder and ran the AdwCleaner, here is the log file you requested. Should I run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware to see if will work without failing? AdwCleaner[C0].txt -

I followed the procedures, but when I get to the end and try to remove the file it is showing as a PUP file, I get the "this program has stopped working" and it show that "0" files have been removed. I have included the log that you requested. I tried a scan 1 more time and included the results from that scanProtection Log 09-13-2-16.txtProtection Log 09-13-2-16.txt Save results 09-13-2016.txt -

TwinHeadedEagle, I followed your instructions and I'm including the requested files, I wanted you to know that when I ran the FRST tool it did create the Fixlog.txt file as you said it would, but the program stopped working shortly after the file showed up on the desktop. I have recently upgraded to windows 10, and was having the issue listed above before the upgrade and it is still happening, also my Anti Exploit program seemed to stopped working after I tried to reinstall Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium per instruction I received from the forum. It fails to quarantine the last suspected found file every time I do a scan, if it finds 6 it will quarantine 5 and then I get a message that it has stopped working. If it finds 1 it just stops working and I get the same message. Can Some one point me in the right direction. I have just upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7 and was really hoping it would of fixed its self, wishful thinking I guess. Thanks, jlrock1960
