Second post as instructed, still unable to run spyware programs

Thank you, I can't run HJT, Superantispyware, Spybot. unable to obtain any logs

Hi Everyone I have installed Malwarebytes, Spybot and neither of them will run. I have followed the instructions given on this forum of how to instal and run Malwarebytes and still wont run. I can run Superantispyware but it dosen't find any spyware. Can anybody help with this please. A message says..."windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item" Will "System Restore" fix the problem? Regards Steve
