Much better CPU usage - averaging less than 5%! I didn't try any other programs. Does it look better to you now? Tom

In the last month, our laptop with Vista changed. Now runs at 60-80+% CPU usage with no programs open - frequently freezes now when we use Firefox, Facebook or any other online programs. I've run SpyBot, Ad-Aware and AVG scans and created a recent Hijackthis log. I'm at wit's end - can you can help? Sure, I know the OS is old, but worked great just 60 days ago or so. Don't know what changed in that time... Thanks, Tom
