I don't find this directory or file. I have: C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes\Anti-Malware with lots of stuff, but no *.log files. And: C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes Endpoint Agent with only two .dll files.

Yes, but this is all for one site, and requires manual copying of information. Some export of all blocked history in csv format is really required to manage such things.
