  1. A customers computer with a fresh format & install of Windows Home 64bit & Ver 3.3.1.2138 Package Ver 1.0.262 Update Package ver 1.0.3750 will not start Web Protection. I tried uninstall, reboot, & reinstall several times but no go? I read a message on this forum & have attached the relevant ZIP file created by farbar & MB-Check. Help Please, Viv. mb-check-results.zip
  2. What does this really mean? How does it trigger an update? With a laptop that connects to the internet only for short time does it detect internet connection straight away and update? On the other hand: A desktop that is always connected does it immediately sense the update and get it quicker than it would if set on hourly updates?
  3. How did you ascertain that it screwed over your McAfees? I have set it up with customers systems with both McAfees & Nortons and had no problem. However most customers put Malwarebytes on after the system has gone screwy, when it is too late, and of course point the finger in the wrong direction.
  4. Could we have a switch builtin to do a complete scan once a week, or every night? Regards, Viv.
