Thanks Mountaintree, I didn't see that when I did a search, but it didn't work. 8) Yardbird you are the man... oops or woman (sorry), proxy settings did it. What would have changed that? Do you think something hacked it.

Hi, first time so please excuse my ignorance. I tried the Explorer 8 auto detect fix. I tried to run, REG ADD "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings" /v GlobalUserOffline /t REG_DWORD /d 0 command prompt says, Value GlobalUserOffline Exists, overwrite <Y/N>? Typed Y and hit enter, still doesn't work. I did a reinstall, reboot. Worried that something may be infected, although nothing has come back positive. Thanks in advance for your help.
