  1. I currently have MW Anti-Ransomware installed on my PC and noticed that it was not active. When I tried to open it, all I get is a window that says, "Unable to connect the Service". I have upgraded to the newest version, however, the same message appears. What can I do? Please assist me. Thanks! Sincerely, TedWillard4309
