Anyone with this problem, After I installed the Anti-ransomware the following day, I clicked on MS Outlook on the task bar and I received a popup stating that something went wrong with opening the program. To make a long story short, after following the suggested methods to correct this problem, I had to deactivate MS Office 365 software then reinstall it on my computer. If this problem returns I will uninstall the Anti-ransomeware software to determine is this is the culprit.
