Malwarebytes Web Protection disabled

I have had this problem for a while and have finally resolved it for my particular system. I am running Windows 7 64bit Turns out that I did not have Windows Firewall enabled - it had become disabled somehow. Once the Windows Firewall was set to work, the Malicious Website Protection could be enabled. YMMV HTH
