Hello. I ran a scan today on my laptop (windows 10). After the scan, the program asked me to restart the computer. Upon restarting, I came to the log in screen, with no wifi connection and it would not let me input in my password. It then continued to reloop from a loading screen to the log in screen in an endless loop. Please help. Thank you
