  1. Okay! That's a good idea. I don't think I have anymore questions. Thank you for your help
  2. Wait, I have another question. If I had saved a lot of login information on websites and made purchases while having the malware on my computer, does that mean my information was stolen in any way? If so, would that mean that removing the malware have saved my information or is still out there? If I had Norton Antivirus would that have protected my logins?
  3. Ohh, I understand now. But was it because the settings were broken that that the malware easily infected it? Or was it the malware that cause it to become broken?
  4. So should I use Malwarebytes again? Or will it disconnect my internet each time I use it?
  5. Thank you so much for your help! I have a few questions: Should I still scan my computer if I believe I still have malware and adware on it? Should I use Malwarebytes again or another program? If this were to happen again, should I ask this question again or just repeat the process from before?
  6. Nevermind it started working again! It just finished and my computer is restarting.
  7. The scan stopped responding after it started deleting temporary internet files. Do I close and restart it or wait it out?
  8. Oh nevermind! I didn't realize that I had to press more reply options. My bad! Addition.txt FRST.txt
  9. Okay, I finished the scan but I am not sure what I click to attach the logs :/
  10. Since I am typing on a laptop and not my desktop, would downloading the program above onto my USB still work when I try to use it on my desktop with no internet?
  11. Hi, 2 days ago I downloaded Malwarebytes because Chrome kept having lyrics popouts and I wanted to get rid of them. However, I also downloaded several other programs such as HitmanPro, Adw, and SpyHunter because a website recommended that I use all of them. I ran them all at once and it turned out my computer had at a lot of PUP adware installed into my computer... they all told me to reboot afterwards so I did and then my internet stopped working. It kept saying this message: "The dependency service or network failed to start." Only today did I read some threads about how it isn't good to download more than one malware remover at once, but it's too late now. I also made a terrible mistake: I uninstalled Malwarebytes after reading a thread about someone got their internet back after doing that, but it didn't work and now I don't have any remains of the logs... Please help me if you can.
