I have proof of purchase and i am not being honored how come?

the same thing happened to me aswell. It worked after i purchased it, but when i did a clean install with Windows 10 and entered my key i got a 403 error but they are telling me its not registered in there system. I have done several support tickets. How do i find a list of authorized resellers? You guys are finding every reason not to honor my lifetime key.
