i think it worked! haven't had any issues with it so far, thanks! I'm afraid it's going to come back though, last couple of times i tried fixing it, it always came back.

i have used adware cleaner and the pro version of malwarebytes and they both didnt find anything, yes i have enabled root kits and and everything else in malwarbytes but still nothing, i am getting really annoying ads on google chrome from cloud scout, i have checked the control panel and deleted the everything that had to do with cloudscout but i still have the problem, i downloaded FRST and ran the scan i will post the results at the end of this post please help me.
