I've done several scans now and nothing has been detected, I think it's occifially gone! Thanks so much for the help.

I've scanned again today and Malwarebytes has picked up the same threat.

I've scanned and it has detected the threat again, so I've quarentined it. I won't be sure it will come back until tomorrow so I'll post again with the results.

Sorry, I don't know what you mean. I don't want to run anything without being told incase I mess something up..

Should I just try running Malwarebytes again and see if it shows up?

I recently installed something that gave me malware, I've uninstalled it and any malicious programs that it put on my PC, I've also run a scan with Malwarebytes several times to quarentine the threat, ran AdwCleaner and CCleaner and HitmanPro as well. After all of this, only one threat remains that keeps installing the DealNoDeal extension onto Google Chrome, making a single file in the same place with the same name each time. I've attached the two logs from Farbar Recovery tool. I've attached screenshots of the extension in Chrome, as well as the threat that has been quarentined and deleted several times.
